How long does shipping take?
It depends on the item, and we say so on every product. Anything marked "Ships from the US" reaches you in about 2 to 5 days. Anything marked "Ships overseas" takes roughly 10 to 18 days, because it comes straight from the maker instead of sitting in a warehouse first. The badge is on the product before you buy, never buried in the small print.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes, automatically. The moment your parcel leaves, you get an email with the tracking number, and you can follow it any time from your account.
What if my cat ignores it?
That happens, and it is not your fault. You have thirty days to send it back. Write to us, we send you the instructions, no awkward questions.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product page lists the measurements. For beds, measure your cat curled up, nose to tail, and add a couple of inches. They like the walls close.
There are no reviews on the products. Why?
